Dumble Farm Char ‘coo’ terie evening, Friday 31st July at 6pm

Join us down on Dumble Farm and get stuck into the very best of Yorkshire produce; with our very first Char‘coo’terie evening.

The experience will begin with a Mini Moo meet and greet; with the opportunity to feed, brush and stroke the young Highlands. Highlands love attention; so there will be plenty of time for you to give them lots of fuss, they would be disappointed if you didn’t. Then head to the photo booth, that will provide you with the chance to have a picture taken with one of the cute little fluffies, Highlands are such posers! 

Then onto the start of your culinary journey. 

This begins with Farmer Fi providing some information about the provenance of  the meats, cheeses and accompaniments, the passion of the maker is reflected in the quality of the product. 

Farmer Fi will be joined in the kitchen by Leo, who will be creating baked goods and vegetarian delicacies  to enjoy with your char’coo’terie board; using fine local ingredients of course. Leo is a trained chef, currently working in a well known Liverpudlian establishment, but joining the Dumble team this summer to create savoury treats. 

Local food is of course best enjoyed with local wines. 

At Dumble Farm we are proud to stock Laurel Vines wines, and we will be happy to suggest recommendations to pair with your meal. Of course not everyone is a wine drinker, so we also have local Wold Top beers, Hornsea Orchard ciders and Wicston spirits if you prefer. 

For those of you who enjoy something a little bit sweet after a meal, there will be a selection of homemade delectable desserts to purchase.

Tickets include meeting, feeding and photos with the Highlands, plus char’coo’terie board and the first drink. The bar will be open to purchase further drinks. 

Guests are welcome to stay after the event to go and meet the little fluffies again, and of course, buy more drinks at the Boozy Coo Bar!

£35 per person
